In a festive atmosphere with art, music and wine at our gallery in the heart of Limassol’s city centre, we wish to celebrate the end of 2021. Twelve artists will present their artworks aiming to immerse the audience in their own unique philosophy and world! We are honouring and celebrating our Solo Exhibitors of 2021.
An event not to be missed just a week before Christmas! Join us on the 17th of December, Friday at 19:00.

Λίγα στιγμιότυπα από την βραδία της έκθεσης του Βάσου Καραγίαννη.
Τα εγκαίνια τέλεσε η Πρόεδρος της Βουλής Αννίτα Δεμετρίου.
Ο καλλιτέχνης λεει:
“Μεταλλάξεις: Η πρώτη μου έκθεση και έπρεπε το όνομα της να περιγράφει εμένα και σε επέκταση τα έργα μου και έτσι κατέληξα στο “Μεταλλάξεις”.
Γιατί μπορώ να δω σε ένα απλό αντικείμενο την επέκταση του και τη χρήση του σε ένα έργο τέχνης
Όπως για παράδειγμα τα ξύλα από τις παραλίες τις Σκιάθου μεταλλάχτηκαν σε ελιές ή ροδιές . Τα κεντήματα μετατράπηκαν σε δικά μου έργα, το πλαστικό μπουκάλι μου έδωσαν το καλούπι για τα έργα του Μ. Αλέξανδρου και πολλά άλλα παραδείγματα μέσα από την Τέχνη μου έχουν την ίδια ροή.
Επίσης, από ένα έργο μου μπορεί να γεννηθεί ένα άλλο όπως αυτό συνέβη στο γυμνό +0 μετατράπηκε σε φωτιστικό τοίχου.
Στη ζωή μας πρέπει να μάθουμε να μεταλλασσόμαστε δηλαδή να προσαρμοζόμαστε σε νέες καταστάσεις ζωής είτε ευχάριστες είτε δυσάρεστες έτσι θα ζούμε πιο ευτυχισμένοι
Ο σημερινός τρόπος ζωής φέρει ταχύτατες αλλαγές, ο άνθρωπος πρέπει να είναι έτοιμος για περαιτέρω.”

Σας προσκαλούμε στην Πρώτη Ατομική Έκθεση Τέχνης του Βάσου Καραγίαννη – “Μεταλλάξεις” που θα πραγματοποιηθεί 1η του Δεκέμβρη η ώρα 6:30 το απόγευμα!
Λόγια από τον καλλιτέχνη για την έκθεση του:
“Μεταλλάξεις: Η πρώτη μου έκθεση και έπρεπε το όνομα της να περιγράφει εμένα και σε επέκταση τα έργα μου και έτσι κατέληξα στο “Μεταλλάξεις”.

Άνοιξε τις πόρτες της η έκθεση του Χρήστου Κακουλλή (CRS) στην Exhibit 8

Η Exhibit 8 Γκαλερί παρουσιάζει τον Χρήστο Κακουλλή. Τον καλλιτέχνη που έχει κατακτήσει 2 Παγκόσμια Ρεκόρ Guinness!

Ο καλλιτέχνης με παγκόσμιες διακρίσεις, Stencil Art Prize και Stencil art awards και δύο παγκόσμια ρεκόρ στον τομέα της τέχνης πραγματοποίησε την έκθεση του την Παρασκευή 5 Νοεμβρίου στις 19.30 στην Exhibit 8 στο κέντρο της Λεμεσού. Η έκθεση θα διαρκέσει μέχρι και τις 17 του Νοεμβρίου.

Η ατομική έκθεση του Χρίστου Κακουλλή (CRS) έχει ως θέμα το ‘Γκριζόχρωμα’ μαζί με ένα street art χαρακτήρα και με κύρια τεχνική το Stencil. Η έκθεση έχει σας στόχο να αναδείξει πορτρέτα και άλλες γκριζόμορφες φιγούρες μέσα σε ένα αφηρημένα φόντο που καθηλώνει τον θεατή από συναισθήματα μέσα από το έντονο ύφος των χρωμάτων. Κύριο μέλημα της έκθεσης είναι να ελκύσει το θεατή συναισθηματικά αλλά και καλλιτεχνικά με απώτερο σκοπό την ανάμειξη συναισθημάτων αλλά και την ανάδειξη του Street Art ύφους μέσω της έκθεσης.

The Opening event of the Solo Exhibition by Rita Mekanna at our gallery in Limassol, was on the 29th of October! It was our pleasure to have this talented artist at our gallery! Thank you all for coming!!

Artist’s statement:

We are all looking for hope after the big transformation we are going through.
After all the losses, people are going through the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
Each person created his/her own world, both internally and externally and we became like water, adapting to new shapes, new situations and new emotional states.
Life starts with water and you are that drop of water that can transform and make big changes and create unlimited opportunities.
Throughout her exhibition, Rita aims to show different paintings to express the pain process and the search for hope after these hard times of Covid-19. It will also highlight the first miracle of Jesus Christ transforming water into wine at the marriage of Cana. This specific event is anchored because it reflects the marriage of emotions, the transformation we are going through and the divine power of God to change the impossible into unlimited possibilities through faith. The paintings will illustrate the marriage of water, wine and faith to transform to hope, colors and beauty.

Σας προσκαλούμε στην ατομική έκθεση του Χρίστου Κακουλλή (CRS) που έχει ως θέμα το γκριζόχρωμα μαζί με ένα street art χαρακτήρα και με κύρια τεχνική το Stencil.

Τα εγκαίνια της έκθεσης θα πραγματοποιηθούν μέσα σε μια όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα στην γκαλερί μας αυτή την Παρασκευή, 5/11/2021 στο κέντρο της Λεμεσού στις 19:30.
